We want you to love your Tuckernuck finds, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date for all eligible items. Please ensure items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size, a refund to your original payment method, or a store credit with a bonus incentive.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring old labels are covered.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
